uyywin Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "uyywin," "we," "us," "our" refers to the uyywin platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the uyywin website accessible at uyywin.one and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a uyywin account.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the uyywin Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a player's uyywin account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by uyywin subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed on a game or sporting event through the Platform.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

uyywin reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) uyywin account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering your uyywin account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify uyywin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

uyywin is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

All transactions on the uyywin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). uyywin supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require completion of KYC procedures before processing.
• uyywin reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account status.
• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• uyywin reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance if KYC verification is not completed within the required period.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

uyywin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• uyywin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• uyywin reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if we determine that a promotion has been abused or exploited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

All bets placed on the uyywin Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — live casino, slots, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting each have their own governing rules, which are displayed within the respective game or betting interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. uyywin does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event, uyywin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• uyywin reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any player at any time, at our sole discretion.
• For sports betting, uyywin's decision on the outcome of any market is final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.
• Winnings will be credited to your account balance in Philippine Peso upon settlement of the relevant game or event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uyywin Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to uyywin immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from uyywin.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Platform.
• Use any uyywin trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uyywin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

uyywin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall uyywin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by you into your uyywin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uyywin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to uyywin's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] and allow uyywin up to fifteen (15) business days to respond before pursuing any other remedy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

uyywin's decisions on all gaming outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters are final and binding, subject only to applicable regulatory oversight.
